Oji Seichi Pork Gyoza
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
PREP TIME: 10 TO 15 MINS
• Our pork gyoza are raw. Please cook through
• Do not defrost
• If gyoza stick together, do not break apart or separate

1. Preheat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Add a thin layer of vegetable oil
2. When oil is hot, add gyoza to the pan with the flat side down
3. Pour 50 mL water into the pan and cover. Let boil for 6-8 minutes
4. Remove the lid and cook off the remaining water
5. Check that the gyozas are a nice golden brown
6. Enjoy!

To make crispy skirt.
Replace water in step 3 with:
70mL water
2g cornstarch
2g all purpose flour
